American College of Trial LawyersArden J. Curry, II has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America. Founded in 1950, the College is composed of approximately 5,800 members, the best of the trial bar, from the United States and Canada. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only and only after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds, who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Lawyers must have a minimum of fifteen years trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship.

This organization was formed in order to recognize the outstanding achievements of the select group of lawyers who have obtained a verdict or settlement of $2,000,000 or more in a civil case. Those lawyers accepted to this elite organization represent a very small percentage of attorneys who have been able to accomplish the very difficult task of acquiring a multi-million dollar award for the client.
American Institute of Personal Injury AttorneysArden J. Curry, II has been selected as a "Top 10 Litigation Lawyer in the State of West Virginia" by the American Society of Legal Advocates. The Society selects less than 2% of lawyers nationally.
Arden J. Curry, II has been awarded a "Top Ten Rating" by The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (NAOPIA). NAOPIA is an organization devoted to recognizing the top Personal Injury attorneys in the nation. With over a million attorneys in the United States, choosing the best lawyer is difficult. However, through a stringent selection process, the NAOPIA awards the best Personal Injury attorneys in each state with the most prestigious honor of being named "TOP 10". The very few attorneys (less than 1%) that are good enough to make the list have demonstrated an extraordinary amount of knowledge, skill, experience, expertise and success in their practice of Personal Injury.
